The Indian lady is some else. She gives better trearment to specific people and completely shuts the door to other people. That was in person, and over the phone she transferred my call to a line that no one answers and you can wait for the whole day and still no one will answer. She shouldn't work in there.

When the agency claims publicly that things are changing to improve speed of access to supports for those who need it, you might expect some sort of straight forward communication. Instead of this smoother system I have been waiting months for an initial response to my application. The NDIS claimed it posted a letter and email which never came, when my carer looked into it we were told there must have been a mysterious issue and they would send another letter and email which also never came. They have now claimed they are sending a third one for us to take to my Dr. All details have been confirmed multiple times as well. This is shameful, all while treating recipients like they take too much while service providers charge outrageous prices for services only provided to ndis recipients.

This organisation has the worst telephone communication system i have ever dealt with, whats seems like endless recordings that just go on and on, forever followed by the most annoying violin music possible. The passport renewal process seems to be designed to make sure nobody ever leaves the country, after 25 minutes i gave up.

last night, around 8pm and full dark, a large shape brandishing something in its right hand loomed at me out of the darkness on my back porch .... turned out to be a large census taker waving her credentials (she said - I wasn't game to get close) ... In these days when the news is full of seniors being bashed in their homes, HOW SENSIBLE WASN'T THAT? - I am still shaking. Just what I needed after just arriving home after a hard day's work.
